Design and Build

The Galaxy S10e combines functionality and durability with a Gorilla Glass 5 front and back and a sturdy aluminum frame. It is compact and lightweight at 142.2 x 69.9 x 7.9 mm and 150g, making it easy to handle and carry. The phone is IP68 rated, providing water and dust resistance up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It comes in Single SIM or Hybrid Dual SIM models, offering flexibility in connectivity and storage expansion.

Display

The Galaxy S10e features a 5.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2280 resolution (438 PPI) and HDR10+ support. With an 83.3% screen-to-body ratio, the display is immersive despite the compact size. Protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, it also includes an Always-on display for convenient access to notifications and time.

Camera

The Galaxy S10e sports a dual-lens rear camera setup:

• 12MP wide lens (f/1.5-2.4) with dual-pixel PDAF and OIS, ensuring sharp and bright photos in different lighting conditions.
• 16MP ultra-wide lens (f/2.2) with a 123° field of view, ideal for landscape shots.

The rear camera setup supports 4K video recording at 60fps, HDR10+ video, and gyro-EIS for smooth video capture. On the front, the 10MP selfie camera with dual-pixel PDAF also supports 4K video recording, making it excellent for high-quality video calls and selfies.

Performance

Powered by the Exynos 9820 (International) or Snapdragon 855 (USA/China), the Galaxy S10e provides smooth performance for multitasking and demanding apps. With 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage (expandable via microSD on the dual SIM model), it handles various tasks with ease, ensuring a fluid experience.

Battery and Charging

The Galaxy S10e includes a 3100mAh battery that supports 15W wired and wireless charging. Samsung’s PowerShare feature enables 4.5W reverse wireless charging to charge other devices, adding convenience for users with compatible accessories.

Software

Running on Android 9 (upgradable to Android 12) with One UI 4.1, the S10e offers a refined user experience with a minimalist interface. It includes Samsung features such as Samsung Pay, Bixby voice assistant, and Samsung DeX for a desktop-like experience.
